individuals facing financial difficulties by providing ethical,
transparent, and legally compliant loan settlement solutions.
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive who can
connect with potential clients, understand their financial concerns,
explain our loan settlement services, and convert qualified leads into
customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication
and negotiation skills with a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
2. Explain loan settlement and debt resolution services to prospective
clients.
3. Understand customer financial situations and recommend suitable
solutions.
4.Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, references,
and other sources.
5. Convert leads into successful clients by building trust and
maintaining professional communication.
6. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
7. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
8.Prepare daily sales reports and update management on progress.
Eligibility
1. Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)
2. Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Telecalling, Banking, Finance,
Insurance, or Loan Settlement.
Required Skills
1. Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
2. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
3. Customer relationship management
4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
5. Target-oriented mindset
6. Positive attitude and willingness to learn
7. Ability to handle objections and close sales
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
