Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in renal dialysis as a practitioner or educator.Prior teaching experience in medical or allied health education is preferred.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable professional to serve as a Renal Dialysis Lecturer. The successful candidate will teach, mentor, and guide students in understanding the principles, techniques, and advancements in renal dialysis. The role involves curriculum development, delivering engaging lectures, and ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in dialysis technology and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Lecturing
- Deliver high-quality lectures on renal dialysis, including topics such as kidney anatomy and physiology, dialysis procedures, machine operation, and patient care.
- Develop lesson plans, lecture materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum objectives.
- Use various teaching methods to engage students, including multimedia presentations, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Curriculum Development
- Assist in designing and updating the renal dialysis curriculum to reflect the latest research, techniques, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches.
- Practical Training
- Supervise laboratory and clinical sessions to teach the operation of dialysis machines, troubleshooting techniques, and infection control practices.
- Ensure students develop hands-on skills essential for dialysis procedures and patient monitoring.
- Student Mentorship
- Provide academic and career guidance to students pursuing a career in dialysis technology or nephrology.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical exams, and feedback sessions.
- Research & Professional Development
- Stay updated with advancements in nephrology and dialysis technology.
- Engage in research, professional workshops, and seminars to enhance personal knowledge and teaching methods.
- Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to faculty initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Nephrology, or a related field.
- Additional certification or specialization in Renal Dialysis is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of renal physiology, dialysis techniques, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to use technology effectively in teaching (e.g., virtual labs, e-learning tools).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
