About the Role
RVM Beyond Private Limited is looking for an experienced PLC HOD to lead the Industrial Automation department. The role involves managing trainers, delivering advanced technical training, developing course content, and ensuring high-quality practical learning in industrial automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Industrial Automation training department.
- Conduct and supervise training on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD.
- Develop training content, practical assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor trainers and guide students on live industrial projects.
- Maintain training quality, lab infrastructure, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with industry partners for projects and placements.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related fields.
Experience:
8–12 years of experience in Industrial Automation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior training role.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
