Job Responsibilities
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Create captions, hashtags, and content that increase audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative team to execute social media campaigns.
- Perform basic photo editing and create simple promotional graphics using tools such as Canva or similar software.
- Edit basic reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Eligibility
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Basic skills in photo editing and graphic design using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar software.
- Understanding of Reels, Shorts, trending audio, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Freshers with strong skills and creativity are welcome. Candidates with prior experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation will be preferred.
