HR Executive Trainee – Recruitment & Operations (Industrial Manpower)
Location: Bharuch, Gujarat
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15000 per month
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (One hr lunch break)- Flexible timing at occasions.
Experience 0-1 Years, Freshers
Qualification : Graduate/BBA/BCA,BA, BSW, or MBA (HR) preferred. HR background required.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment, staffing
Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
Coordinate joining formalities and document collection.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Verify Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and educational documents.
Coordinate PF, ESI and labour etc compliance documentation.
Track employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in payroll data preparation.
Handle worker grievances and routine HR queries.
Coordinate with site supervisors regarding manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment and deployment reports
Support accommodation and transportation coordination for workers.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Good communication skills.
Ability to travel occasionally to Dahej/Ankleshwar sites.
