● Come up with fresh ideas for existing brands and new business opportunities from the
opening insight to the closing idea.
● Balance creativity with logic, dig into brands, categories, consumers, culture and
competitors. Build strong, insight-led and impactful creative strategies for campaigns
across format - digital, on-ground and everything in between.
● Partner closely with content, design and other teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly.
● Deep-dive into brand problems, uncover real insights (not just observations) and translate
them into effective solutions.
● Continuously explore new marketing opportunities by studying trends and evolving
consumer behaviour.
● Think in both content and visualisation. Shape not just what the idea is, but how it looks,
feels and comes alive across formats.
● Use AI as a collaborator, not a crutch, bringing originality, taste and judgment into every
output.
Requirements
● Strong understanding of marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
● Strong research & presentation skills.
● Ability to balance creativity with logic, ideas backed by insights and reasoning.
● Detail-oriented with a good eye for communication, messaging and visual narratives.
● Experience working in a strategic and creative role at a marketing agency/brand.
