About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Accurately document customer conversations and update records in CRM systems.
- Follow established processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on products, services, and process changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, or BPO operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in voice, chat, or email support processes.
- Familiarity with ticketing and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally.
- Experience working in international customer support environments is an advantage.
