We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of US recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
- Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups
- Understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of US recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably US recruitment)
- Graduate in any discipline
