Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to manage client communication, shipment tracking, and documentation related to container logistics. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, transporters, and customers to ensure smooth movement of containers and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to container movement and shipment status.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Track import/export container movement and provide updates to customers.
- Maintain records of booking, delivery orders, and container documentation.
- Ensure timely email and phone communication with clients.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate when required.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and shipment status updates.
- Coordinate with ports, shipping lines, and customs agents.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
- Knowledge of logistics / container operations.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and shipments simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email communication, and documentation.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
- Experience in freight forwarding / container transport companies preferred.
Salary
- As per industry standards
Pay: ₹12,669.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
