Job Summary
Indira Infratech Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and follow up on sales leads.
* Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
* Present and explain residential and commercial projects to customers.
* Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.
* Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports and update customer information in the CRM.
* Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent after-sales support.
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales .
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
* Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
