Job Title: Data Captain / Field Operations Executive

Instawork is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join as Data Captains. This role involves engaging with MSMEs and business owners, collecting business information, and supporting business acquisition activities in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Visit and interact with MSMEs and local business owners.
- Collect, verify, and submit business data accurately.
- Build professional relationships with stakeholders.
- Follow operational guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting new people.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic smartphone and digital skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Stipend: ₹25,000 - 400000 per month.
