Job Summary
As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, understanding their financial requirements, and recommending suitable financial products. Your primary responsibility will be to convert qualified leads into successful sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a successful career in international sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or International Voice Process.
- Candidates must be residents of Faridabad.
- Minimum 70% proficiency in spoken English is mandatory. Applicants should be confident communicating with international customers.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
