Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
* Drive clinic revenue through consultations, treatment package sales, and conversions
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Upsell and cross-sell services based on patient needs
* Handle walk-ins, leads, and follow-ups effectively
2. Patient Experience & Relationship Management
* Ensure excellent end-to-end patient experience
* Build strong relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals
* Handle patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally
3. Clinic Operations Management
* Oversee daily clinic operations and staff coordination
* Maintain appointment scheduling efficiency and minimize no-shows
* Ensure hygiene, SOP compliance, and smooth workflow
4. Team Management
* Supervise front desk and support staff
* Train team on sales scripts, communication, and service quality
* Monitor team performance and improve productivity
5. Marketing & Lead Management
* Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
* Track leads from digital platforms and ensure timely follow-ups
* Maintain CRM data and conversion tracking

Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in clinic management, wellness, or aesthetic industry (preferred)
* Strong sales background with proven target achievement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Leadership and team management abilities
* Basic understanding of dermatology/aesthetic treatments (preferred but not mandatory)
