Ø Min graduation or Post Graduation.
Ø Exp- 5 year exp in Automobile as TL-Used car Sales,
5. Skill-
Ø Good at Client Motivating Skill.
Ø Good at Communication, Disciplined, wel behaviour, Matured .
Ø Driving License of 4 wheeler is Mandatory.
6. Responsibilities-
Ø The team leader is the motivation behind the true value sales team.
Ø Ensure proper enquiry management system – opening of ETC & daily follow up & updation in DMS.
Ø Up keep and cleanliness of all display vehicles along with proper RF.
Ø Ensure sales, profit, finance, MGA target achievement overall as well as of individual DSE.
Ø Ensures that no false commitments are given by the DSEs on pricing & condition, and that the vehicles are delivered in good condition and on time to the customers.
Ø Ensures that all customer complaints are recorded and resolved as early as possible, to the satisfaction of the customer.
Ø Ensure all RTO transfers on time.
Ø Training & performance analysis of DSE.
Ø Plan & execute events / mela to generate sales.
Ø Ensure collection as well as delivery of all documents to customer.
Ø Hand holding and retention of new team members.
Ø Ensure even distribution of enquiries among team members.
Ø Ensure timely incentive claims of his team.
Ø Give feedback from time to time to sourcing team with regards to sales rate prevailing at market time to time.
Ø Ensure liquidation of vintage stock & take preventive action to avoid the same.
Any other task as assigned by the superiors or management
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
