Front Office Associate – Ambala (City Plaza)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing bookings, verifying guest identification, and completing the check-in process (assigning rooms, issuing keys).
Acting as the central information hub for guests, answering inquiries, handling switchboard calls, and providing concierge services, such as giving local recommendations.
Processing payments, posting room charges, managing guest folios, and finalizing check-out procedures.
Communicating directly with housekeeping to update room status (e.g., clean, dirty, out of order) in real-time.
Promptly addressing and resolving guest problems or complaints in a professional manner, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
