Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sr.HR & Admin Executive with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations along with administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling
- Assist in training and development initiatives
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
- Maintain office assets and ensure proper utilization
- Ensure workplace safety and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration
- Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
