Position Overview:
Looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead with a background in dealing with Doctor channels/Hospital Management within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of sales experience, a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, and the ability to work independently in their designated area. This role involves implementing strategic sales initiatives, promoting EASE- a safer, effective and personalized adjunctive to antidepressants, and driving sales through direct engagement with doctors.

Location: Gurugram/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities: ● Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies in the market field to achieve sales targets. ● Daily Doctor Visits: Meet with 6 to 8 specialty doctors daily, presenting and promoting our products to drive sales.
● Doctor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, particularly psychologist or psychiatrist, to promote and sell EASE ● Product Promotion: Convince doctors with the benefits of our innovative mental health solutions and encourage them to adopt and recommend our device. ● Market Knowledge: Utilize extensive area knowledge to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. ● Independent Work: Operate independently in the designated area, demonstrating strong self-motivation and the ability to achieve sales goals without direct supervision.
Qualifications: ● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales/Business, Healthcare Administration or any related field. ● Experience: 4 to 10 years of sales experience in the Medical Devices/ Big Ticket Sales/ Doctor channel within the pharmaceutical industry, ● Skills: Excellent communication and persuasive skills, ability to work independently, strong area knowledge. ● Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and regional languages specific to the region. ● Budget: Negotiable based on the candidate's experience and last drawn salary.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
