We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets through strategic planning and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team for improved performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for successful product promotions and launches
- Train and support sales executives to improve productivity
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Electronics, Electrical or Home appliances group
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel when required
- Experience in dealer/distribution sales is an added advantage
