About the Role
Redefyn InteriorZ is hiring a Business Development Intern to handle client interactions, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain real-world experience in sales, client handling, and the interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients
- Understand client requirements and qualify leads
- Schedule meetings and site visits for the sales/design team
- Maintain lead data in CRM or Google Sheets
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams
- Ensure regular follow-ups to improve conversions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Comfortable speaking on calls with clients
- Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel
- Interest in interiors or real estate (preferred)
