The Territory Sales Incharge for the Generic Division will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within an assigned geographical territory. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders to promote and sell generic pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the generic drug market, excellent sales acumen, and a proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for generic pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to build strong, lasting relationships and drive product adoption.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Present product information and benefits effectively to healthcare professionals, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of our generic portfolio.
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and medical teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Provide feedback from the field to internal teams to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
