Key Responsibilities
- Process insurance proposals, policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records in system
- Coordinate with insurance companies for approvals and documentation
- Verify KYC and policy documents before submission
- Handle backend support for Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance products
- Track pending cases and ensure timely closures within TAT
- Prepare MIS reports and daily operational trackers
- Support claim documentation and servicing requests
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company SOPs
- Communicate with branches and field sales teams for policy updates
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- BQP Certification mandatory/preferred
- 1–3 years experience in insurance operations/back office preferred
- Freshers with BQP certification can also apply
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy servicing
- Basic understanding of IRDAI regulations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
