Studio Naadi is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, execution knowledge, client-handling skills, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of Residential, Hospitality, Commercial, and Luxury Interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and design solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, space planning layouts, presentations, and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate project execution and ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance design development and workflows.
- Manage client interactions, presentations, and design discussions.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Lead and mentor junior designers while ensuring timely project delivery.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Interior Design projects.
- Strong knowledge of Interior Design and project execution.
- Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools.
- Expertise in 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation techniques.
- Experience in client management and stakeholder coordination.
- Ability to manage teams and oversee multiple projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
