Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Assistant HR to support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee coordination, employee tracking, and sales report updation. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes. Hindi speaking is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Track employee attendance, performance, and daily activities
- Update and maintain sales reports and related data
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Assist in preparing HR reports and official letters
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Handle HR administration and office support tasks
- Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 –2 years of experience in HR or administration
- Hindi speaking is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of Excel and report management preferred
