Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, curious, and execution-driven Marketing Associate to support the marketing team across social media, brand campaigns, influencer collaborations, content planning, creative execution, and digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, have a strong eye for content, and be able to coordinate with designers, videographers, influencers, agencies, and internal teams to bring marketing ideas to life.
This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about brand-building, content, digital trends, and consumer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the marketing team in planning and executing brand campaigns.
Brainstorm content ideas that align with Whyte Farms' brand positioning, goals, and customer audience.
Manage and coordinate social media content planning across Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and other relevant platforms.
Research social media trends, competitor content, viral formats, and consumer insights.
Work closely with designers and videographers to create reels, product videos, campaign creatives, carousels, stories, and ad content.
Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns, including shortlisting influencers, briefing them, tracking content, and ensuring timely delivery.
Assist in planning UGC-style content, product shoots, customer stories, testimonials, and
campaign concepts.
Ensure that all marketing communication reflects the premium, clean, fresh, and trustworthy identity of Whyte Farms.
Support execution of festive campaigns, product launches, sampling campaigns.
customer engagement initiatives, and offline activations.
Track basic campaign performance, social media engagement, and content output.
Help maintain content calendars, creative briefs, campaign trackers, and marketing reports
Coordinate with internal teams for product information, customer insights, operations
updates, and campaign requirements.
Explore new ideas to make Whyte Farms' social media stand out and become more engaging.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
