Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Services:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
2. Front Desk Operations:
- Manage the front desk and ensure it is staffed appropriately at all times.
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest billing accurately.
- Maintain and update guest records and information in the hotel management system.
- Assist in managing room inventory and coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness.
3. Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Relay messages and information to the appropriate team members and guests.
- Collaborate with concierge services to fulfill guest requests.
4. Cash Handling:
- Manage cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
- Handle guest payments, room charges, and maintain records of financial transactions.
- Ensure the security of cash and guest information.
5. Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve guest issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Escalate any complex issues to the Front Office Manager or Hotel Manager when necessary.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
Compensation: Competitive salary will be offered based on experience and qualifications.
