About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and trend-savvy Video Editor cum Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating engaging, high-converting visual content for our two brands:
- Flights & Docs – Immigration, Visa & Travel Services
- Coworkio – Premium Coworking Space
You will be responsible for producing high-quality videos and graphics that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across social media platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging videos using trending transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, animations, sound effects, and music.
- Edit client testimonials, success stories, educational videos, office tours, podcasts, event highlights, and promotional campaigns.
- Optimize content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
Graphic Designing
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, standees, and digital advertisements.
- Create thumbnails, website graphics, presentation designs, and marketing creatives.
- Develop campaign creatives for festivals, offers, events, and brand promotions.
- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and visual identity.
Trend Research & Content Creation
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn trends, viral editing styles, transitions, memes, and audio.
- Research competitors and suggest fresh content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Adapt trending concepts into brand-appropriate content.
- Work closely with the team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CapCut, and VN Video Editor and others.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, motion graphics, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Photography and videography knowledge is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1 years of experience in video editing and graphic designing.
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies, immigration consultancies, travel brands, or coworking spaces will be an added advantage.
