every day we hunt for the next hook, angle, and edit that converts. We're building our in-house creative team, and we want a senior editor to
own our Meta ad output and raise the bar on it. You've cut ads that scaled. You know exactly why they worked. Now do it again faster, sharper,
and at higher volume

You're a performance editor who thinks in hooks and metrics, not just aesthetics. You have owned ad creative for a D2C brand or agency, you've watched
your edits live or die by the data, and you want a seat where your craft directly moves CAC and ROAS for a brand that's actually growing. Not entry level.

What we're looking for :

3 plus years editing short-form or performance video Meta ads that ran and scaled.

You can explain why a hook works — hook rate, hold rate, thumb-stop, CTR. Not it looks good.

Expert in Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, fluent in CapCut and fast UGCworkflows

High output, no quality drop — shipped at volume on tight timelines

Direct D2C or ecommerce editing experience (wellness a strong plus).

Independent and opinionated — you bring ideas, not just execute briefs.
