Medical Sales Representative (MR)

Job Summary
H&K Pharmaceuticals is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Medical Sales Representatives to promote our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate should be confident in building long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote H&K Pharmaceuticals' products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors to encourage the prescription of our medicines.
- Conduct regular product detailing and scientific discussions with doctors.
- Coordinate with local retail and wholesale medicine shops to ensure product availability.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Organize and assist in medical camps, CME programs, and promotional activities at doctors' chambers.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily visit reports.
- Ensure timely collection of orders and coordinate with distributors for product supply.
- Maintain ethical and professional conduct during all customer interactions.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative is preferred, but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and relationship building.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
