Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering and construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Supervise project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, government authorities, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and manage project risks.
- Oversee quality control, billing, procurement, and contract administration.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech is often preferred).
- Typically 15–20+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, budgeting, quality control, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
