Job Title: Field Sales Officer Scrap Procurement & Sales
Location: Industrial area, Sanwer, Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to develop and manage business opportunities related to scrap glass bottles and other recyclable scrap materials. The role involves extensive field visits, identifying scrap suppliers and buyers, negotiating deals, building long-term relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of procurement and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits to identify and onboard new scrap suppliers and buyers.
- Source scrap glass bottles and other recyclable scrap materials from hotels, restaurants, bars, industries, warehouses, scrap dealers, and commercial establishments.
- Generate new business opportunities through market visits and networking.
- Negotiate prices, quantities, and commercial terms with suppliers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams for material pickup and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
- Achieve monthly procurement and sales targets.
- Maintain records of client visits, leads, quotations, orders, and collections.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
- Assist in resolving customer and supplier concerns.
- Submit daily visit reports and business updates to management.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business through field activities.
- Good understanding of sales and procurement processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and smartphone applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Prior experience in field sales, scrap trading, recycling, procurement, FMCG distribution, industrial sales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong field sales aptitude may also apply.
Experience
- 1–5 years of field sales or procurement experience preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
