Role Overview
We are seeking a Quantum Computer Engineer to join our mission of advancing quantum computing education, research, and industry applications. The ideal candidate will design, simulate, and optimize quantum algorithms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning.
Work with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane, etc.).
Simulate and benchmark quantum circuits on classical and quantum hardware.
Collaborate with researchers, educators, and industry partners to establish Centres of Excellence.
Contribute to training for students .
Publish research findings and support proposal drafting for institutional collaborations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Strong foundation in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and computational complexity.
Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs and simulators.
Familiarity with classical ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures.
Knowledge of quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ, etc.).
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences (students, researchers, industry).
