Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries via calls/chat/email
- Provide accurate information and resolution to customers
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Work collaboratively with team members
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate (depending on process)
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
