Job Description: Social Media Executive
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Social Media Executive who is passionate about content creation and social media management. The ideal candidate should have experience managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, communicating with clients, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding content plans, approvals, feedback, and campaign updates.
- Shoot, edit, and publish Reels, Stories, and short-form videos for social media.
- Create basic graphics, posts, banners, and creatives using graphic design tools.
- Perform basic video editing for social media content.
- Write engaging captions and assist in content planning and content calendars.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and content teams to execute campaigns effectively.
- Assist in managing multiple client social media pages while maintaining brand consistency.
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Strong client communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in social media management and page handling.
- Interest and hands-on experience in content creation.
- Knowledge of graphic designing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Filmora, or similar software.
- Experience in Reels shooting, editing, and posting.
- Understanding of content planning, social media trends, and audience engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO, Meta Ads, and social media marketing, is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
