About the Role:
CoachX is hiring a result-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in selling online courses, certification programs, or career up-skilling solutions. This is a target-oriented B2C sales role focused on converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up on leads provided in CRM
- Counsel students on career-oriented courses
- Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain lead data and follow-up records
- Generate references and repeat business
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of Inside Sales EdTech experience
- Strong communication skills ( English mandatory)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Target-driven mindset
