Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through OEMs and consultants.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Understand customer requirements and pain points, review quotations, and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, need analysis, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of blowers and industrial equipment.
- Target-driven with a customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in solution-based and consultative selling.
- Hands-on experience in site visits and field sales management.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience
5–7 years of relevant experience in technical sales, industrial equipment, HVAC, blower systems, or related engineering products.
Education
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experienced candidates with a strong sales background in relevant industries will also be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
