Role Summary - We are looking for a Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence across all customer-facing and internal touchpoints. The role will focus on brand positioning, marketing communication, content creation, corporate branding, trade exhibitions, and management of marketing assets. A good amount of focus on LinkedIn copywriting, and managing personal accounts of Directors.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Communication
- Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines.
Marketing Material
- Design and manage company marketing materials.
- Develop case studies and success stories showcasing company capabilities and achievements.
Digital Presence
- Manage and update the company website.
- Manage the company and Directors LinkedIn presence
- Create and distribute newsletters and other marketing communications.
Content Creation
- Coordinate product photography and videography.
- Manage content creation for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, website, and social media.
Exhibitions & Events
- Plan and execute booth branding for trade shows and exhibitions.
- Develop exhibition marketing materials and display content.
Marketing agency coordination
- Coordinate and aid our marketing agency for industry PR activities, LinkedIn posting, and brand visibility initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for industry features, awards, and publications.
Asset Management
- Maintain a centralized digital content library.
- Manage marketing assets including images, videos, presentations, brochures, and brand resources.
Internal Branding
- Conduct internal brand awareness and training programs.
- Ensure employees understand and represent the brand consistently.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
- Prior experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of branding, content creation, and corporate communication.
- Experience managing agencies, designers, photographers, and content creators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
