About the Role
BookEinstein is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic facilitator to deliver English Creative Writing and Public Speaking sessions for students in Navi Mumbai schools. This is not a traditional teaching role, you won't be covering a syllabus or preparing children for exams. You'll be running engaging, activity-led sessions that help students find their voice, fall in love with language, and become confident communicators.
If you light up in a room full of curious kids, can hold a classroom with a game as easily as a discussion, and genuinely believe that English is a life skill, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Deliver weekly in-school sessions across assigned grades using BookEinstein's structured curriculum.
Facilitate activities in public speaking, creative writing, critical reading, vocabulary, and drama-based expression for students.
Adapt delivery to the energy and pace of each classroom while staying true to session outcomes
Build rapport with students across age groups.
Maintain session notes and share brief progress observations with the BookEinstein team.
Participate in facilitator training, feedback sessions, and curriculum walkthroughs as required.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour
