Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & CRM Executive to manage social media platforms, Google Business Profile (GBP), lead nurturing activities, and CRM operations. The role involves enhancing online presence, improving customer engagement, maintaining lead databases, and supporting business growth through effective digital communication and follow-up strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, including content planning, scheduling, and posting as per the monthly content calendar.
- Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile (GBP) by updating posts, photos, services, and ensuring profile accuracy.
- Drive and manage Google reviews by collecting feedback, responding professionally, and escalating critical concerns when required.
- Handle lead nurturing activities and ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Google Sheets, including status updates, remarks, follow-up schedules, and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with counsellors and branch teams regarding batch schedules, events, placement updates, and content requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communication channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, leads generated, and GBP interactions.
- Prepare and share weekly performance reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Job Qualifications & Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content management.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile (GBP/GMB) management.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
