We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Implementation Engineer to drive the successful implementation of enterprise applications built on the Wizergos Low-Code Platform. In this role, you will lead implementation projects, mentor implementation engineers, collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality business applications.
You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, translating them into technical solutions, configuring workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and ensuring projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standards.
Experience: 5-10 years experience in Software Implementation, Solution Delivery, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Application Development
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects on the Wizergos Low-Code Platform for enterprise customers.
- Understand customer business processes and convert business requirements into scalable application workflows.
- Design, configure, and implement business workflows, forms, business rules, dashboards, and user experiences on the Wizergos platform.
- Lead technical integrations with external applications and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services, web services, and databases.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and Customer Success teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement analysis sessions, solution walkthroughs, and customer workshops.
- Prepare functional specifications, implementation documentation, configuration guides, and technical documentation.
- Review solution designs and implementation configurations to ensure adherence to platform standards and best practices.
- Perform configuration reviews, code reviews (where applicable), peer reviews, and quality audits.
- Lead unit testing, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and provide timely resolutions during project execution.
- Guide and mentor junior implementation engineers by providing technical direction, best practices, and project support.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering team by providing implementation feedback and recommending platform improvements.
- Work with the Business Development and Pre-Sales teams to develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), demonstrations, and solution prototypes.
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and implementation strategy discussions.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new platform capabilities and continuously improve implementation methodologies and processes.
