Salary: ₹25,000–₹45,000 + per month depending on experience + performance incentives

BRIVON Care is a growing UK live-in care company helping families find experienced, fully vetted carers so their loved ones can remain safely and independently in their own homes.
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Client Care & Sales Executive who can take ownership of families from their initial enquiry through to successfully starting care.
This is performance driven role. You will speak with families who have enquired about care, understand their circumstances, build trust, explain our service, identify suitable carers and guide them through each stage until care is successfully arranged. You will be making outcound calls, emails.
You will also work closely with our carer network, helping identify, recruit and coordinate suitable carers for each family.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Sales & Relationship Management
- Speak with UK families who have enquired about live-in care.
- Build genuine relationships with clients and understand their care requirements, concerns, preferences and timescales.
- Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand the care recipient’s needs.
- Clearly explain BRIVON Care’s service, pricing and process.
- Handle questions and objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain regular contact with families throughout their decision-making process.
- Agree clear next steps after every conversation.
- Follow up consistently by telephone, email and messaging.
- Progress qualified enquiries through the sales pipeline.
- Convert enquiries into successful live-in care placements.
- Maintain relationships with families after initial conversations and ensure no opportunity is lost through poor follow-up.
Carer Matching & Placement
- Review each family’s care requirements and identify suitable carers.
- Present appropriate carer profiles to families.
- Arrange introductory calls between families and carers.
- Follow up after carer/client conversations and gather feedback.
- Coordinate next steps and secure placement confirmations.
- Work quickly on urgent cases where families require care at short notice.
Carer Recruitment & Coordination
- Contact and screen potential live-in carers.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews.
- Support carers through registration and onboarding.
- Help collect required compliance documents, including DBS, references, identification and training records.
- Understand carers’ experience, availability, preferences and suitability for different clients.
- Maintain relationships with carers and keep availability information updated.
CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate client and carer records.
- Update every call, follow-up and next action in the CRM.
- Manage your own pipeline and daily follow-up tasks.
- Send professional emails, carer profiles and appointment confirmations.
- Provide clear daily updates on active opportunities and placements.
- Work closely with the UK team on urgent and complex cases.
What We Are Looking For
You should be someone who is confident on the phone and comfortable taking ownership of a customer from first conversation through to conversion.
Essential:
- Excellent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Excellent written English.
- Previous experience dealing with UK, US or other international customers.
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, international voice process, healthcare coordination or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with families.
- Ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards targets.
- Strong follow-up skills — you don’t wait for customers to come back to you.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound follow-up calls.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email and spreadsheets.
- Reliable laptop/computer, high-speed internet and a quiet professional home-working environment.
Highly Desirable:
- UK healthcare or social care experience.
- Live-in care, domiciliary care or healthcare recruitment experience.
- UK sales experience.
- Experience converting inbound/warm leads.
- Healthcare recruitment or carer recruitment experience.
Full training on the UK live-in care sector and BRIVON Care’s processes will be provided.
