Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our presence within an assigned market. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, relationship building, and business development.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting dealer operations, developing relationships with architects and designers, driving project opportunities, and ensuring every lead is managed efficiently from enquiry to closure. The role provides hands-on exposure to channel sales, specification selling, and project management within the premium building materials industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Development
- Drive business growth within the assigned territory by identifying new market opportunities.
- Support the execution of regional sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Dealer Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with authorized channel partners.
- Assist dealers in managing customer enquiries and project requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with dealer teams to review performance and sales progress.
- Ensure showroom displays, product samples, and branding are maintained according to company standards.
- Support dealers during customer visits, presentations, and project discussions.
Lead Management
- Maintain accurate records of all enquiries in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely allocation and systematic follow-up of leads.
- Monitor every stage of the sales cycle, from initial enquiry to project completion.
- Escalate high-value opportunities to the senior sales team whenever required.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain reporting discipline.
Architect & Designer Engagement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and other influencers.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions to promote Hey Concrete's solutions.
- Invite prospective clients to the Experience Centre and company events.
- Continuously expand and update the architect database for the assigned territory.
Customer Support
- Coordinate with dealers, installation teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate technical issues whenever necessary.
- Contribute towards delivering a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- An eagerness to learn, adapt, and build a successful career in sales.
Knowledge of Hindi and English is essential. Proficiency in the local language will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Interest or exposure to building materials, architecture, interiors, construction, or project sales will be advantageous.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
