3. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, organizing workshops, and promoting employee growth.
4. Benefits and Compensation: Handling payroll, benefits.
5. Policy Implementation: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies.
6. Performance Management: Overseeing appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
