Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coaching institute. The candidate will be responsible for managing admissions, leading the branch team, handling online marketing activities, visiting colleges to build relationships, arranging orientation programs and special seminars, and achieving branch growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Lead and support the branch team.
- Handle student and parent enquiries.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote courses.
- Coordinate orientation programs, seminars, and special awareness sessions.
- Organize promotional activities and student outreach programs.
- Monitor fee collections and prepare branch performance reports.
- Ensure smooth coordination between faculty and administrative staff.
- planing and executing and monitoring the Offline marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or MBA.
- 1–3 years of experience in branch management, marketing, sales, or the education sector.
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for college visits and promotional activities.
- Target-oriented with good organizational skills.
