Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team.
- Handle email communication with clients.
- Verify customer orders and ensure order accuracy.
- Track daily shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
- Maintain order and dispatch records in Excel.
- Perform general office coordination and administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in calling/customer support is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Working Hours
- Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
