We are looking for a confident and proactive Tele caller Sales Executive to manage our showroom operations. The ideal candidate will have a foundational background in sales and a passion for helping customers find the perfect personalized gifts and corporate awards.
Core Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right products (awards, trophies, corporate gifts) based on their specific events or branding needs.
- Product Knowledge: Quickly learn the technical aspects of our customization services (engraving, printing, and materials) to provide accurate information to clients.
- Order Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure that custom orders are completed accurately and delivered on time.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with repeat corporate clients to encourage long-term business.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the aesthetic standards of the showroom by ensuring displays are clean, updated, and organized.
- Lead Tracking: Follow up on pending inquiries or quotes sent to potential customers to close sales.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 year in a showroom or retail sales role.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication in Malayalam; ability to manage basic professional communication in English.
- Soft Skills: High energy, persuasive speaking skills, and a professional appearance.
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th) or Degree.
- Reliability: Ability to handle cash transactions and basic POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
