Position: Assistant HR Manager
Job Description:
- Support the HR Manager in recruitment and hiring activities.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate selection processes.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment updates.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills or experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹15,515.66 - ₹24,501.50 per month
