Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Medical Representatives to promote and generate business for our Sleep & Respiratory Care products and services. The candidate will work closely with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to increase awareness and adoption of our medical devices and clinical services.
This is a field-based role involving extensive travel and regular customer visits.
Key ResponsibilitiesDoctor & Hospital Coverage
- Visit Pulmonologists, ENT Specialists, Cardiologists, Neurologists, Physicians, and Sleep Specialists.
- Promote Sleep Studies, CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, and other respiratory care solutions.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate patient referrals and therapy recommendations.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain a database of doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Conduct product presentations and clinical discussions.
- Support product demonstrations and patient counseling when required.
Territory Management
- Plan daily field visits and achieve coverage targets.
- Maintain visit reports and customer records.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Achieve monthly business and activity targets.
Coordination
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations team for patient support and therapy implementation.
- Ensure timely follow-up on doctor referrals and patient inquiries.
- Participate in training programs, CMEs, workshops, and awareness campaigns.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry, etc.)
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm
- Any Science or Life Sciences Graduate
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in Medical Devices, Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Diagnostics will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Strong learning attitude and result-oriented approach.
Mandatory Requirements
- Two-wheeler and valid Driving License.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel regularly.
- Candidate should be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
