Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Handle technical and non-technical hiring across multiple departments.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to ensure hiring targets and timelines are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and HR best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in both Technical and Non-Technical hiring.
- Prior team handling / recruitment team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job portals.
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
