- Inspect VMC machines before scrapping.
- Disconnect electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems safely.
- Dismantle machine components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Segregate materials such as cast iron, steel, aluminum, copper, cables, motors, and electronic components.
- Identify reusable parts (motors, drives, tool changers, spindles, control panels, etc.).
- Load, unload, and transport scrap materials using forklifts or cranes where authorized.
- Maintain records of recovered materials and scrap weights.
- Follow environmental regulations for disposal of coolant, oil, batteries, and electronic waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Use appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
