About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests and the hub of day-to-day operations. This role blends reception, hospitality, basic operations, and light sales support to keep the space welcoming, efficient, and growing.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Member Experience
- Greet members/guests, manage check-ins, visitor passes, and day passes.
- Answer calls, emails, chats; route inquiries and provide FAQs.
- Give tours, explain plans/amenities, and support new member onboarding.
- Handle mail/package receipt and distribution; maintain accurate logs.
- Space Operations
- Prepare meeting rooms: bookings, AV setup checks, refresh between uses.
- Log and escalate facilities issues (Wi‑Fi, printers, HVAC, cleaning) to vendors or management; follow through to resolution.
- Monitor access control and issue/update member credentials.
- Admin & Systems
- Use coworking management software (e.g., Spacebring/Archie/Nexudus) for bookings, invoicing support, member records, and reporting.
- Track inventory (coffee, office supplies, toiletries) and place restock orders.
- Maintain daily front-desk SOPs, checklists, and incident logs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
